A Partnership Analysis brings great relief and insight into the fact that your partner or the person you're feeling challenged by, is perhaps not doing anything other than being themselves. Once you both understand how each of you is designed to do things differently, it's easier to accept yourself and the other for who you both are. Insights allow you to create more space for each other and not take things personally when it is the underlying mechanics of your designs at work. See the mechanics of your two designs together and how they create something different than each of you. You'll be able to see clearly the: - The similarities or differences in your Career Types and Public Roles. - Electromagnetic connections that hold your relationship together. - What you have in common as Companionship traits and strengths. - How your strengths can be Compromised or how you compromise your partner. - How each of you may Dominate the other in particular strengths and what you can learn from them. - Any areas where you challenge or complement each other.
