A new era is upon us - everything is changing and leaders need to be flexible enough to change with it. We are not going back to the way things have always been. We are moving into an era focused on the individual and their needs. Leaders need self-awareness now more than ever to learn how to lead from their innate abilities that may be hidden since most leaders have been conditioned to be someone they are not. People follow a leader they can trust. They can only trust a leader who cares about them and will help them get what they need to succeed too. Everyone must win in the new era. Discover your natural leadership abilities and how and when they show up. Anyone can lead if they know themselves well enough and can trust others to help them. No longer does a leader need to do it all themselves. It's more important for a leader to know who they have around them and what role each person is best suited to play. This session includes three 2-hr sessions that will cover: - Career Design Overview - how your energy works. - Business and Leadership Skills - your innate abilities. - Distractions that keep you from utilizing your gifts. - Public Role and Life Work Themes - the role you play and why. - Career Design highlights for each of your closest 4 team members. - Team mechanics of the group - who is best suited for each necessary role. Understand yourself and your team members so you know how to best utilize everyone's contribution and energy and tweak anything that isn't working.
